(As I wrote the title of this post, I had a soundtrack running through my head...had forgotten how much I love Alison Krauss...)
This week, I got a delivery in the mail. A vase I ordered online a while ago.
One of my other favorites, Frank Lloyd Wright, got it right here:
"Many wealthy people are little more than janitors of their possessions. "
Here's to remembering not to become a janitor of my possessions!

It's so cute! You're right, we have to be careful about how much stuff we bring home, though. It's easy for it to get out of control!
ReplyDeleteI like the white color with the bright flowers! Your entire shelf is put together very nicely :)
ReplyDeleteCute vase! I was just listening to Alison Krauss this morning.
ReplyDeleteSweet~ looks like a McCoy or maybe a Haeger. I love old pottery. I have tons but do need to downsize..I am def. a janitor! I sent 12 vintage McCoy and other pottery vases in cream, aqua and yellow with my daughter to her new apartment at optometry school (at her request for a couple) and I don't even miss them!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your new banner! You are so talented!
ReplyDeleteAnd the Vase withe the orange flowers... Beautiful.
HAve a great weekend- K
Oh dear co-janitors! Thanks for sharing my love of the new vase....it will remain an ever-changing bird-in-a-garden here, chez moi...
ReplyDeleteThe vase is very beautiful and obviously a great choice for your place - looks great on that shelf. Thanks for sharing the source, I am browsing now and there's so many nice things...
