Discoveries

The City gardeners have outdone themselves with this late-summer garden outside the Burnaby Art Gallery.

Charlotte calls this piece 'A Picky Eater's Delight'

Discovered this gorgeous mural whilst roaming in Port Coquitlam, BC recently.

Charlotte couldn't resist this brawny Captain.

A simple old-timey bakery at one of our favorite spots, the Burnaby Village Museum.

Mr. Hausfrau and I had a lovely day to ourselves a little while ago.   The riverside lunch was perfection!

    Love the bright coloured flowers, and I bet that if some famous artist made the sandwich artwork, it would be in a museum!

      True, M. I can't believe some of the "art" curated for gallery walls. All in the eye of the beholder as they say!

      Also true, I remember apiece of art by a Dutch artist that was a peanutbutter covered floor..... It's worth was estimated at € 100.000.- I just did the math, you can buy 73.529 jars of peanutbutter of that amount of money!

      Thanks for stopping by! Captain America was one of the displays C wasn't completely freaked out by at the PNE's superhero collection this year...
