On nights when cooking is more of a chore than a pleasure, assessing the collection of dinner ingredients propells me to put the apron on and find my favorite chopping board!
Tonight, it looks like pad thai. Well worth the assembly. Am already thinking this may be making some appearances at summer patio picnics...

Gorgeous ingredients! I use red bell peppers for color inseveral recipies!

I think that in a layout like this, and with the right camera angles, any ingredient can be seen as beautiful.
But just off the top of my head, I think of fresh summer salads because they can be so colorful!
